Return & Refund Policy

Eligible Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is expired or defective

Return Request Time
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required
Customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the product
  • Photo of the packaging

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened food products cannot be returned.

Refund Process
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
